Return Process

  Log in to your account on the official Amazfit India store and navigate to 'My Orders' to submit a return or replacement request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags, manuals, and charging cables intact for our team to verify the return eligibility.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 hours at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the device passes our technical assessment at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
